I'm not here to defend Sue fans, but the Michigan player went to the glass to taunt them. Getting the finger is to be expected and to some degree, just what the Michigan player wanted.

I actually threw my tire iron at Kessel when he did the hand-to-the-ear thing, but I was across the ice in the 200's and unfortunately didn't get enough loft.
I have been in that headspace in my past at games and can understand the irrational emotion that can overcome, even if I didn't actually act on that emotion. He just got caught on TV and it was hilarious to see in real time.
Again not here to defend and I encourage the piling on.
