Cornell Big Red @ Yale, 3/2/13

Re: Cornell Big Red @ Yale, 3/2/13

Sounds as if Yale carrying the best of the play thus far. Shots 4-1 for Yale.

Shots now 10-1. Yale has Agostino; we have D'Agostino.

In an astonishing game in the snow this afternoon, #7 Cornell Men's Lacrosse beat #9/#11 Colgate (with reigning Teewarten Award winner Peter Baum) 19-3. Rob Pannell had 8 points, Steve Mock 5 goals, Peter Baum, 1 assist.

Yes. The final would have been 20-3, but Coach DeLuca called a TO as an open net goal was scored to avoid going to 20. I guess 19-3 is OK, but 20-3 is piling on.

At the end of 2 at Ingalls, still 1-1. Shots in 2d Cornell 6, Yale 5.

Princeton-Harvard tied, Union 2-0 over Clarkson. If everything stays the same Cornell would be tied with Brown for 7th and get home ice in next weekend's playoff games.
