And I want A police department in the area...but not the MPD. They need to be replaced. Not reformed, not retrained REPLACED. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. THEM. That is the only way to fix the problem. Find a new way. Take the time and do it right but the MPD and its union need to be gone as soon as something is ready to replace them with.

That's what Camden did. They dissolved their police department and started over.
