Conference and NC$$ in 2020-2021 Season

If the COVID-19 causes a delay in the hockey season to where it is only feasible to play a conference schedule, how is the NC$$ Tourney Field Chosen?

On the women's side you have the 4 established leagues + the new NEWHA. Do you include the NEWHA or take a pass on them and play with 2 representatives from each of the 4 Leagues for this one season?
Regular Season Champ + Conf tourney Champ get in.
If same team wins both, who gets in, the Regular Season Runnerup or the Conf Champ Runnerup?
Same 8 team tourney you have now.
Who gets the 4 home games, each League Champ or Tourney Champ?
Do you use a Random draw for matchups, 2 teams from the same league cannot play each other in the first round?
The old smoke filled room to determine matchups or in this case maybe the old perfume filled room ;) ?

If they are able to play their full regular season league schedules I don't think they'll have to change much. Each of the four conference tournament winners are automatically in, as are each of the regular season league champs. If that number doesn't add up to 8, the remaining slots are filled with the next best WCHA teams. :D

If the Beaches open on the Eastern Seaboard this summer, I think you will have sports, if the Beaches don't open, then there is your answer. Put in Bay Ohio thinks they are having their kickoff party the end of May.
