Remember that there is no significant difference between teams with ratings that are less than 10 points apart. Essentially, UWEC, St. Norbert, and Manhattanville are tied for second. The team that has done well in these rankings, but has been under everybody else's radar is UWEC.

Meanwhile, on the negative side of the ledger, Williams takes a big fall from second to thirteenth.

Here's a link to my explanation of the process on the D3WestHockey.com site. The only difference between what you see here and there is that those rankings involve only in-region games, and here, I've included everything.
