To answer your question there are two ways.
Monthly $4.99
Yearly $44.99

Anyone can play for free as well and have the same opportunities to win the league as someone who is on a subscription, your prizes are just different.

There will be other games that your subscription is good for throughout the year, such as a College Hockey Playoff pick'em, NHL pick'em and who knows what leagues we will grow to host next year.
