Canisius @ RPI 10-15-21 Time to win our first one of the season!!!!!

I thought that we showed a lot of promise last weekend.
I look forward to seeing what changes were made at practice this week.

I only started today as i am not on a losing streak - opened with a tie! I agree with EHF that we showed some promise. We need to develop that chemistry so things just flow like a well oiled machine. We all expected that this year would be a work in progress and as long as we see the pieces starting to fit together, we should be just fine. I am sure there will be some adaptations made as we move along. Perhaps there is a little incentive this weekend for Coach Smith against Canisius?
 
I would like to see one of the other goaltenders play this weekend.
It would be nice to know what we have in goal before the ECAC schedule starts.

Some nice shifts for us but yielding nothing. Again we seem to make that one extra pass and end up without a shot at times. 2 minutes of power play at the end just seemed like we did not have any urgency and wasted considerable time coming up ice. Will have to be careful on these power plays as Canisius has shown the ability to score short handed already this year.

I agree about the 2 minutes of power play. I certainly hope they are talking about that in the locker room.

Also hope they address the inability of our defense men in keeping the puck in the offensive zone at the blue line.Tonight we have let some pucks trickle out that might have been kept in. Not really much bad to pick on here and Marshall has made two very good saves early.
