That's a good piece. WaPo has also started calling Trump on his lies. But then again, the people who read the NYT and WaPo aren't the people supporting Trump. USA Today might matter. Fox would matter but their whole business model is telling the same kind of lies that Trump does so they couldn't go there even if they wanted to.

According to whatever Scooby is listening too every state within 6 points I guess is in play. By that standard what isnt in play?

538 has looked at 35 polls in Virginia, Drumpf leads in 3. Hillary leads the rest and many of them arent close.

This isnt about reaching Drumpf supporters, they arent changing their mind. This is for the rest of the people especially the undecideds.

Correct me if I'm wrong but this election is closer poll wise right now than the last two? At least that's what I've heard. And the last two had competent GOP candidates running.

I'd much rather have Scooby's "The sky is falling, Dems get out and vote!" over an "It's in the bag, don't worry," Brexit situation.

Oh, there's even better stuff in that poll:

Among those who say they will vote for Trump, 48 percent say he’ll create a database to track Muslims; 36 percent say there will be race riots; 33 percent say the government would default on its debt; and 32 percent say Trump would punish his political opponents and authorize internment camps for illegal immigrants.

Only 22 percent of Trump supporters believe he will start a nuclear war.
