Yeah, dry as a martini! I'm not sure in the long run that would make the police department's job easier... disbanding the football team would probably work better (and I am not advocating for that!)

I have no sympathy for a place with a pretentious name such as The College at Brockport. Almost as lame as THE Ohio State.

If it is like most places, serving visibly intoxicated individuals is a no-no. Have the liquor control people monitor the bars, and hand out penalties to the ones that are doing it.
