A great game to be at last night. Great intensity from both teams and the crowd.
Stripes put their whistles away for two periods then go aped in the third. They missed many calle, such as too many men on the ice three times for Platty. It seems like their is never any consistency from these guys anymore

Is it sad that I always get nervous when Dupree hasn't made himself known in the first 40:00? He's certainly not the worst (as we all know...), but he definitely becomes a different ref in the 3rd period.

I thought Joel called a good game. As for Jacobs he needed to be the star in the third along with teh linesmen who missed alot in the 3rd.

Even a tie on Friday would get the job done. In a Platty-Oswego tie scenario, Oswego still wins if any of the following happens:
Oswego ties Potsdam, Platty beats Cortland
Oswego ties Potsdam, Platty ties Cortland
Oswego ties Potsdam, Platty loses to Cortland
Oswego beats Potsdam, Platty beats Cortland
Oswego beats Potsdam, Platty ties Cortland
Oswego beats Potsdam, Platty loses to Cortland
Oswego loses to Potsdam, Plattsburgh ties Cortland
Oswego loses to Potsdam, Plattsburgh loses to Cortland.

The only scenario where Plattsburgh still gets the #1 spot after a tie on Friday is:

Oswego loses to Potsdam, Platty beats Cortland.

So in 8 out of 9 scenarios, Oswego still wins.
