Big Ten Plus Disappointment

This may be old news to many here but for Big Ten Plus I have typically hard wired my computer to my living room TV to watch our away games when they're on Big Ten Plus but due to some technical issues I can't do that any longer so I thought I'd just watch it upstairs on the Smart TV.
Well guess what? You CAN'T watch Big Ten Plus on a smart TV, you need an app like Roku or the like. In this day & age it seems ridiculous you can't stream it through your TV's web browser!

I feel your pain. I have a DirecTV tier which includes all of the Regional Sports Networks across the nation. You'd think the B1G would include those who pay extra (in some cases TO GET BTN only), then more to get RSNs then STILL pay more for BTN+ ($120.00 annual). I never have and never will.
