The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Less than a month to go so time for the chatter to begin. BU vs H in the Feb 3 early game; BC and NU in the nightcap. BC (12-3-1) is having a season for the ages; BU (9-7-1) at least is +.500; H and NU not so much. Which means that one of those two will probably win.
Cam Lund has yet to cash in his annual Hat Trick vs Boston College this season, it will either happen here or somehow in Hockey East playoffs. I think the Eagles might prefer here... (not that a Cam Lund hat trick guarantees Northeastern actually wins a game, with how this year has gone)

Agree, that's a bit much with the hyperbole. Let's just say they're off to a strong start. It's been awhile since they've lifted the Beanpot though, so it would be nice to check that off the to-do list.
Today's the day. PWR: BC 1, BU 9, NU 24, Harvard 43. Poll: BC 1 and BU 8. 33 teams received votes but none for NU or Harvard. As we know anyone can win this but on paper it is BC's to lose.
The incidences of the Flu are very high at this time. Not sure how that may affect player availability but would not be surprised to see an outbreak among fans following the games. Hospitals are inundated with Flu patients.
