Plattsburgh won its second straight women’s Division III national championship Saturday evening with a 3-2 win over Elmira on home ice at the Stafford Ice Arena. The game pitted No. 1 (PLattsburgh) versus No. 2 (Elmira) and drew 1,245 spectators.
