Well Ohio State's head coach is B1G Coach of the Year. I'd say the program showed consistent improvement in his 5 year tenure and has it's highest success under him this season.
Looking at the conference honors I'd like see more OSU players on first team but that's just me playing favorites. Actually there was a LOT of talent in the conference and I can't say any of those listed didn't deserve their placement and awards.

I thought the All Conference teams were put together very well. I did one of my own last week and had the first team correct except I had Mason on instead of the 2nd Notre Dame player.
