Welcome to post season pick'em!
For the first two weeks we have "Best of 3" series. You must pick each series completely before game 1. No changing picks after game 1 this time around.
Scoring for best of 3 series:
1 point for each correct pick each night - for night 3, if the game is not needed and you predict it, it is also 1 point.
1 point for incorrectly called splits for games 1 and 2 ONLY (no points for incorrect 'splits' for games 2 and 3).
You CAN pick a team to win the first two, and still pick game 3 just is case - this is a strategy some people have used in the past.
examples:
Team 1 @ Team 2
Game 1: Team 1
Game 2: Team 1
Game 3: No game
-If team 1 wins in 2 as you predicted, you get 3 points.
Team 3 @ Team 3
Game 1: Team 3
Game 2: Team 4
Game 3: Team 3
-If team 4 actually wins game 1, and team 3 wins games 2 and 3, you would get 2 points (correct guess for game 3, 1 point for incorrect split for games 1 and 2).
You can get a max of 12 points for this round - 3 per series.
If you have any questions, please post. Good Luck!
