Game ends. RPI 4, ASU 1.
The good news, we did not play down to our opponent this weekend.
Get some rest and come back strong in 2016

Another win is great but we show again that we are not the same team in the third period that we are the first 40 minutes. If we do not address this, we are going to get hurt later this season in the last 20 minutes of games.

The 0-0 Harvard game must be an anomaly, since we were improving in the 3rd and OT.

must be. 19 games this season and you can really only point to that one as a good third period-and even then we did not score.

Although this is a stretch, ever since RPI has had SA as head coach, I think the dreaded second period has been replaced by the dreaded third period. I am not sure, but am pretty sure, that we have not had a single season in which we both out shot and out scored our opponents in the third period. I seem to remember that we did out shoot opponents in the third one year and outscore them one year but they were not the same year.

12-13 outscored
11-12 outshot
10-11 outscored
