The mascot controversy continues. Boone can go to CC's arena, but is not allowed at Magness.
But the Mega Boone is still allowed at Magness.

What would happen if a a group of students/fans arrived at Magness dressed like Boone? Or had those big pictures of Boone's head they could hold in front of their faces? If not at Magness how about lacrosse's Peter Barton stadium.

That is also a rather strange use of the word "unbeaten".

Good to know. I don't understand how a team with his much talent can give up 3, three goal leads this season. She coach, essentially the same team as last year but weighed down by inconsistency. I not feeling too confident in the playoff run.

DU won its 24th skiing national title this morning.

The hockey team? Not so much, last night was listless and uninspired.

ICYMI Borgstrom is a Hobey Baker finalist. You know, he wasn't a human highlight film this year, maybe he should stay another year to get back to form :rolleyes:;);)

ICYMI Pios won Frozen FaceOff. Borgstrom. O'Connor. Mitchell. and Jaillet All Tournament team. Jaillet=MVP

Pios had a 3 goal lead(which has not been kind to the Crimson and Gold) for better part of 2 periods. Made me nervous, but the boys only allowed 1 goal. Two minutes later Gambrell put it back to three,4-1 Final Barrow, Durflinger and O'Connor had first 3 goals.

No gophers or Fightin NDs in the NCAAs:p:cool::D

I like our chances of coming out of allentown with two wins. The team seems to be jelling and playing some good playoff style hockey. We want to defend the title in st. Paul. Will be there win or lose but lets go DU.

In last year's regional final win over Penn State, all goals were scored by current Pios.
