Only 3 total Sr's on the list... Next year should be fun! The UMD-Salem game tonight should be a good one, and don't sleep on Worcester St-PSU, all 3 of their regular season games went to OT!

I dont know about "got away" this is the MASCAC not the ECAC West or something...

How about the snub on former Cardinal Ryan Williams? Beat first team selection in both GAA and save %. And played in nearly 100 more minutes.

Not as bad as the ECAC NE...former Card Ian DeLong finishes 4th in points and get honorable mention? Yikes.

Perhaps Emery won coach of the year for having the greatest number of active DIII players in 2011-12 ;)

Williams had Astedt beat in GAA by .01 and Save % by .07... Hardly clear cut numbers. Astedt also led the league in Win % (Williams a distant 4th), and had 4 Shutouts which put him in 2nd place nationally (Williams had 1). And on Feb 18th Astedt won the season series Vs Williams winning a 2-0 (w/ empty netter) game in which Williams blinked first. Two great goalies though as well as Sutliffe and Kalczynski from Worcester an argument could have been made for any of them, but I believe Astedt has the best case at being the #1.
