Two weeks ago today I contacted them requesting an explanation of one or two of the functions on this site which are not addressed in the information that is available. After a couple of days I made a follow up (second) request and a few days later, a third. Not even the courtesy of a "we'll check on it and get back to you"...nothing,...silence.

The only other time I contacted them with a question was a month or two ago and finally got a reponse after I made a follow up request nine days after the original request.

Anybody else experience this virtual no service/courtesy from those in charge?

Not much point in their having a "contact us" button if when you do contact them they don't respond.

Very poor.

What specific issues have you been having? I'm not a board admin, but have you tried posting about it? Some of the posters know the ins and outs of this board better than the mods and would probably be able to help you.
