2024 D-III Tournament Pick'em: Conference Finals: First game Sat at 1:00 est

UCBadger

Utica's original USCHO poster
It was all started by Purple and Gold10, a young high school kid in the southern tier of NY, as ECAC-West pick'em in, like, 2002 (?). It was copied first (I think..by Jabbers811) as SUNYAC pick'em and then by many others. When P&G10 headed off the college, ECAC-West Pick'em was passed off to some old guy at Utica who ran it from 2005 to its ultimate death as UCHC Pick'em in 2018, the last of the D-III pick'em games left. (sniff, sniff.) Going back to look at the pick'em threads from 2009 is a trip down memory lane for some of us old timers. You young bucks may be surprised at the number of posters in the early years of the USCHO Forum, most of which were excellent(!) and a few of which are still here.

We will (try to) keep things simple. Just cut and paste the list into your post and highlight (no fancy colors, please, just black highlight) your pick of the winner of each game (that's why it called Pick'em.......). You will get two points (just because) for a correct pick and no points for a wrong pick. In the past we awarded points for predicting scores, but to keep things simple (for your simple minded host) you may predict scores if you wish, but those won't be used until the D-III frozen four.

What does the winner get? Absolutely nothing, other than mega bragging rights this seasons most outstanding prognosticator!
