2011 NCAA Regional Tickets Go On Sale Dec. 13
Yale, Fairfield Hosting NCAA Hockey Again
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Tickets for the 2011 NCAA East Regional Tournament at the Arena at Harbor Yard go on sale Dec. 13. All-Session (3-game package) tickets for the March 25-26 tournament that sends one team to the Frozen Four can be purchased online through Ticketmaster.com or through the Arena at Harbor Yard Box Office.
All-session packages are $60 for adults and $40 for children (12 and under), which is a substantial (75/50) reduction in price compared to the 2009 East Regional at the Arena. Game times on the 25th are 4 and 7:30 with a 7 p.m. championship contest on the 26th. The winner of the regional goes on to St. Paul, Minn., for the 2010 Frozen Four.
Co-hosts Yale and Fairfield helped manage a sold out 2009 East Regional, and the Bulldogs were one of the four teams to participate in the event that brought the largest hockey crowd in the history of that venue.
