For those of you who have been voting previously, here is the thread to post your "ballot" of top-10 teams. If you have never posted before, but would like to, here is where you post your top-10. If you would like your ballot to be counted, make sure to have your top-10 posted in this thread by Tuesday (Dec 13) by 1pm Eastern.
Here is my top 10...
1. Minnesota Duluth - Three points in Madison is a very successful weekend for any team.
2. Ohio State - Despite the split to a rising Miami squad, the Buckeyes stay at #2 due to the lack of success from the teams below them.
3. Minnesota - While the Gophers struggled at times against Tech, they managed 2 points, and with the top 10 not having a good week, move up a spot in my top 10.
4. Colorado College - The Tigers fall one spot in my top 10 due to a split with Anchorage at home.
5. Boston University - The Terriers have been playing very well over the last few weeks.
6. Merrimack - The Warriors drew with Colgate, a solid ECAC squad so far this season.
7. Boston College - The Eagles dropped a close one to Lowell, a team that has impressed many this season.
8. Cornell - The Big Red are atop the ECAC standings, and look like a team capable of doing big things this spring.
9. Union - The Dutchmen handled RPI Saturday, and despite some early struggles, look like a team that will challenge for an ECAC title again this spring.
10. Michigan Tech - The Huskies proved that they are for real, beating Minnesota at Mariucci for the first time this season.
Honorable Mention:
Michigan State
Notre Dame
Northeastern
Massachusetts Lowell
Colgate
As always, comments are appreciated and please post your top-10s.
