Robert Morris ranks #56th. The Colonials are at a pretty big disadvantage have such a short history. That being said, they are having a very solid year this year, and could potentially make the NCAA Tournament. That could send RMU up the ranks a bit by the end of the year. For now though, they are still in the bottom three.

since this is all time, how did you treat the schools with the most history, more seasons, and pre-ncaa? How those things are valued will have a huge effect.

Obviously the schools with the most history have an advantage. Percentages play a part as well to help even things out to an extent, but, as you said, this is all-time, so schools with a longer history should get some sort of advantage. So long as they have a strong history anyway.

This is a good summer topic. It's February, and a game-day at that. Who cares.
Initially, my goal was to have this ready the Summer of '09. However, once I got started, it became clear that it was going to take a LOT longer than that. My next goal was Summer of '10, but that obviously didn't happen either. I just finished this up this week, and I wanted to talk about it.
If you don't care, I understand, and won't take offense. The thread should be pretty easily searchable this summer if you want to look through it then. You also won't have to wait for teams to be unveiled as they'll all be out by then.

Thanks for doing this. I loved what Priceless did last summer. I'm a Denver fan and I think we ended up#5. I expect we'll be right up there again, maybe even higher!
