For the record the only city I actually hate is Boston and even there I love the city architecture and layout and the visitors -- I just hate the natives, and on this I have the agreement of every human being in America who wasn't born in Boston.Cornell University

Re: What The Fark 5: I Can't Believe This Happened!
In case you're wondering, Boston's "straight pride" rally was basically a pro-Trump event (with Milo!) with more cops than fascists in attendance. Maybe 150 for "straight pride," but plenty more counter protesters, who overwhelmed the right wingers 20-1.Facebook: bcowles920 Instagram: missthundercat01

Sure, some Bostonians fit the stereotype and are obnoxious. Very few of them post on this board, and AFAIK none of them post in the Cafe. Rover is the closest it comes, and even though he went to BU, I've never been certain he's a true native.
EDIT: LOL, "d1ckweed" is now censored.

Re: What The Fark 5: I Can't Believe This Happened!
I think Hopkins MN is pretty darn cool. They have halfway re-invented themselves, so it's a mix of small town, suburb, and new style. It's a good mix. I have found myself frequenting the main drag quite a bit over the last few years. Yes, there have been more than a few times I've come across someone familiar and we've greeted each other, yet it's up to date on the latest things that major metros have.Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.
