Mankato fans, I know that Jutting has quite a reputation for whining to the referees, but was his performance this weekend more over the top than usual? He whined and cried to the referees constantly on Friday night. His actions on Saturday were less outrageous but he still had a running commentary wth the referees throughout the night. What is with that guy?Comment

A bit late, but that's pretty typical of Jutting. He goes in streaks where he complains a ton and then lays off for a few games. People have suggested that MSU starts getting a few more penalties called because of his actions and ranting. I don't know about that, but I suppose it's possible. I don't think he actually argues about a lot of calls, but when he sees one that he thinks is bad he doesn't let it go. He goes on and on and on.Mess with the bull, you get the horns.Comment

I sometimes agree with Gorg, but many times think Jutts is in over his head. You can't argue that these kids develop over the time that they are in Kato. It's not like most of them were highly recruited by top programs. The question has always been whether they develop because of him or in spite of him. Most of the rumors I hear are the playersgenerally dislike him, but boosters love him and they have protected him in the past.
