FadeThe Guard has no arrest powers. They are there to de-escalate, hence the cop escort, to actually make an arrest if needed.So basically, from what I'm reading, the cops and the Guard are useless for anything other than blocking streets or protecting key buildings. I assume they think that any attempt to arrest curfew violators will inflame the crowds, and if they just let this go it makes the mayor look worse and he'll take all the blame.Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

Also taking out a lot of Dollar Trees. There's an old conspiracy theory that Dollar Trees are a front for child prostitution rings, so maybe that'll get some likes, too.
