We need the folk heroes of that type of borderline Incel / Young Republican to trash Dump as a fake. That would help pop the fat fraud's balloon.

I agree that all those folks are aiming for the same Slim Jims demographic: white drop out losers who worship the rich and hate women. Basically, Republicans.
The last Lyft driver I hitched a ride with was listening to Stern - she was a woman and loved his interview with Hillary Clinton. *shrug*

Sounds about right, since Sam Roberts was (if I recall) 100% on board with Tulsi Gabbard. I think Jim Norton was too. I quit listening shortly after the O&A breakup (when Anthony quit hiding his white hood and Opie became even more insufferable as a solo show with Norton riding shotgun). They all seem to be "moderates" with strong libertarian swings.

Also, Rich from Covino and Rich is ear-bleedlingly unlistenable on XM Pop2k. No political rant; I just cant stand his hack FM radio DJ talent. Satellite is better than that.

Well, there are exceptions. For instance, I enjoy Jim Norton in moderate quantities. Whenever he starts to touch on politics I quickly go hunting for something else, but when he's just doing his usual shtick with his cast of characters I like his act, and I loved him on Tough Crowd.

Having a bit of fun doesn't = butthurt, Francis. It's all good Kep - I like you from this chair.

btw regarding your post I think from the Div I side I wish you could have watched a game at the original Mariucci (nee Williams) Arena. It was everything an old school arena should be. Brick and mortar, cramped concourses, obstructed view seats, benched seating, the smell of popcorn, Goldy's Perch, the crowd was on top of the ice, rafters, a wall of windows, and the sounds my goodness the sounds it made. I miss it.

I'd have loved it. It looks beautiful.

The greatest barn I have ever been in was the old Gahden. For college it's Appleton and Matthews. I liked the Gut before the makeover. (I'm hoping SLU has not ruined Appleton.) Houston is good, too, and Hobey Baker.

The only tolerable modern building is Bright and even that is pretty sterile.

My advice: exposed beams, vaulted roofs, benches not seats, no boxes, no center scoreboards. So basically roll back all "improvements" since 1975. Go ahead and have fancy locker rooms and weight rooms; we don't have to see them.

First of all...it is kind of ridiculous to say everyone listening to Satellite radio has the same political bend. Especially when comparing Stern to Jim Norton...their audiences would be very different. That would be like saying all people who listen to podcasts are Steroid Freak UFC Conspiracy Theorists like Joe Rogan.

Stern's audience is the same as it has always been, though obviously it is aging. He is ripping Trump because he used to have him on his show all the time and feels a bit guilty.

Nobody said everyone. Think stochastically. And nobody said all of satellite radio, but nice try.

It might me directed to me. I generalized a bit.

But I still would rather put ice picks in my ears than listen to Rich Davis.
