And 2017 was especially bad in terms of D-3 fan-bases in the Northeast.
Of course there was no alcohol that one time Utica hosted. It’s NCAA rules. But, it’s totally understandable that you would be unfamiliar with the specifics of NCAA tournament games.

I don’t know, the ‘17 D3 Frozen Four did feature the only two Eastern programs who have managed to actually win at the National level in the last decade. That had to have been an interesting storyline for those die-hard Utica hockey fans, right?

      Don't give me that!
Norwich was there with strong turnout!

Sure, Norwich travels great and probably comprised most of the attendance for all three games.

I was referencing Utica locals. You got that, right?

St. Norbert's acceptance rate has little to do with the level of education provided. It is also irrelevant and immaterial when discussing the fact Utica has a meth problem and the glorified community college in town has a penchant for fielding a hockey team that chokes on the olive when it matters most.

Lol okay man, St Norbert isnt any more academically advanced than Utica. Your “but our professors are better” argument is merely your opinion. Its not irrelevant to the argument, because you were the one that brought it up. Utica doesn’t have a meth problem, maybe the outskirt farm towns, but the city itself doesn’t have any more of a drug problem than any other city in America. Whats with the hate? Relax, you can only be so tough and scary sitting behind a screen

                OK, let's review...

You said that Utica fans wouldn't show up unless beer was on-tap... And I pointed-out that The (dry) Aud sold out in a heartbeat when UC hosted a game. You with me so far?

Sure, NU and Trinity were there, but that wasn't a draw for the locals. I'm guessing that the locals didn't even know where those teams were from. And I strongly suspect that had either Trinity or NU hosted with the absence of either home team, no locals would have given a crap in either place as well.

Hello. We're talking D-3 hockey here. Trinity doesn't even draw at home, and Norwich is a long haul from Utica. Even if those two teams had brought their average attendance to Utica, the place would still have been half-empty. And there are zero casual fans of D-3 hockey to fill the void, anywhere.

That much should be obvious to you.

Why are you so miserable..? Does your dog die every single day?

And as far as "degrading women", that strip club was already in GB; I didn't haul it in from Utica on a flat-bed.

And there's nothing wrong with strip clubs, unless you have the perspective of a moralistic dope. No victims there. I just wished the ladies hadn't been so fat in GB. Utica strippers work out and eat right, apparently.

Tell you what: next time UC hosts a FF, I'll take you to Peepers to see some real professionals. I'm sure you'll fly out, seeing that you're a true-blue D-3 fan, and would attend a FF in Tanzania.

The $8 Snapples are on me.

Sure, I follow. It’s just that, well, its almost summer, we didn’t get to see last season play out, and to be honest, I miss a little good old fashioned Fish heckling.

Speaking of which, if I remember this correctly, didn’t you decided to skip the culmination of 2017 D3 hockey season (that us goofballs seemingly obsess about on an outdated message board) in your own backyard in favor of driving up to Lake Placid for the day to skid around Iceface? Big mistake...

You also may want to retract your “there are no victims at Strip Clubs” comment. Seems along the same lines as assuming everyone in Utica is a meth head (personally I would’ve guessed that opioids were a bigger problem there.)

Hey, P.S. what are some of your favorite websites (other than USCHO?)

Good to see your misogyny in full force. There is a very sad story behind everyone who works at those places, most of the time horrific abuse.

That said I'm sure you are a gentleman. You always hold the door for a lady...after you've burned them with your methpipe.

The war years? We bought our tower ladder from a guy and it was 157 truck. Buffed with them a couple times and Flatbush was crazy. Cant even imagine the South Bronx.

I frequent allaboutbirds.org and PornHub on a daily basis.

To your other point, I used to know an EMS guy who stripped for bachelorette parties and in clubs. He never cried himself to sleep after grabbing the cash. Guess Mrs. Nubs is the exception in that regard...

Oh no it wasn't. We had a great day of skiing and caught the tail-end of the NC game online after we got home.

And, without looking it up, didn't Trinity lose a close one to Point or UWEC or SNC?

(That's how much we cared about the outcome, just like the rest of the 315.)
