In '13 there was a similar problem with the NYS HS Championships in the Aud no one thought the NCAA would allow UC an 8:30p start but they did.

Semantics, but if one takes the text of the manual as gospel, technically the Aud is non-compliant.
"The championship playoff format involves four single first-round games and four quarterfinal games that are played on the campuses of the participating institutions" - NCAA Pre-Championship 2019-20 Manual

One thing I am sure of is something will be worked out.
There is one key point you are missing. Schools have to put in official paperwork in order to host a playoff for each round you want to host. One year UMass-Dartmouth put in for the wrong round and had to play on the road even though they were the higher seed.

This paperwork has to be in weeks before the game. Once it’s in, you can’t change it. So unless Utica put in paperwork for a different facility, they have to play the game at the Aud. Or go on the road.

Surprisingly enough, it didn't really scramble the field except that Babson gets a home game in the first round against a NESCAC school instead of going on the road to face a different NESCAC school and Hobart has to go on the road to face Adrian, but except for venues, it looks a lot like last night's projections.

As many times as Utica has been in you would think they would know these rules by now.... (TIC)

The "Miracle" was winning the Gold Medal Game against the Finns. I'm biased, I was there.

Plattsburgh has been terrible the past few years. Dont come here and take it out on teams who have been successful. Not our fault you cant recruit or get anyone to buy in

Which is what I said earlier. These dates whether they come to fruition or not are all planned on. Possible dates, possible times all are futured out. Again Saturday 12pm.

If they are in the bid, and the NCAA accepts it, there is no problem. If there is something the NCAA doesn't like and the Babson/Wesleyan winner made an acceptable bid, it would go there. This has happened, probably the most notable case a number of years ago when Mass Dartmouth bid for a first round game, but got a bye, and ended up playing a "home" game at Middlebury in the quarterfinals.
