Levy's Minnesota experience is over after spending time at Shattuck and then Mankato.

The section where the hosts are filling a "to go" bag with Norwegian taco salad and glorified rice is gold.

It's "What If? Week" at SB Nation, so I put together this look back at the season that will haunt my nightmares for the rest of my days: https://www.bcinterruption.com/bosto...golden-gophers

Minnesota still had plenty of talent to be able to win against anyone that year without Kessel. Kessel certainly added to the lineup but she was not the player that she had been before the concussion problems. An added benefit of her return, was how much that riled up certain fans from Sconnieville.

It was talked about a lot during that time about the strength (or rather, lack of strength) of the opposition that bc faced during the season and the heavy emphasis they placed on their offensive attack (still do). That was going to be problematic against either Wisconsin or Minnesota. bc had issues in the semi-final against Clarkson as well, which to their credit they overcame. However, it should be noted that Clarkson wasn't as talented as either Wisconsin or Minnesota that year.

The Eagles certainly hadn’t faced a defense like Wisconsin all season long, but Wisconsin had faced an offense like BC’s in the Gophers and lost the season series.
UW and UM finished 3-3 in their head-to-head meetings in 2015-16, and that counts UM's win in the semi, which I guess we're now saying didn't happen. So I'm not following how Wisconsin lost that season series? The Gophers won 3 of 4 once Kessel returned, but the Badgers won the fourth by a shutout.

You're right, I basically pretended the last game didn't happen but that was by accident. I need to reword that -- thanks!
