    That's a fantastic comparison.

And that's exactly the difference between the rich and the super rich.

    Scale matters.

The amount of influence a billionaire has to potentially destroy democracy compared to a millionaire is pretty vast.

Once again you've missed the point brilliantly. Probably intentionally. I bet the number of Americans who can grasp the difference between a modern event they have a memory of and the Roman Empire they read about in history books is much larger.

And don’t forget that we’re going to tax dividends and capital gains as regular income and raise the top marginal rate to 50%. So even if the company “keeps” that $20k, $10k will still go to the government so they can , you know, provide health care for everyone while keeping tax rates on the lower brackets fair and reasonable.
If you don't change the world today, how can it be any better tomorrow?

                      Not give stuff away.

Use the tax dollars collected by the government for things that will actually help average people. Not just big corporations and rich people.

                      See the difference yet?

And now your company won't be paying for your healthcare, so they'll have more money to increase wages.

That's not true. According to Bernie himself I'm going to pay more in taxes (and it looks like more than I currently pay for healthcare).

I don't mind paying more taxes, but don't bull**** me.

so candidates spend a lot of time traveling, shaking hands, kissing babies

how long before one gets Covid-19?
