Maybe his hands are too small to do the swipe.

I'm going to be on pins and needles wondering how SCOTUS will rule on that.

There is literally zero language in the constitution about how an impeachment works beyond the vote. I don’t see what they could challenge.

You act as if what is written in the Constitution matters to them.

The current administration is peeing on the line and crossing it. They don't care. It's a matter of if the rest of the pols care enough to put their foot down.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

The GOP, who fought so hard the last few days to make the impeachment inquiry depositions public, are now demanding that an impeachment inquiry deposition is done privately in a closed session.

Sounds like an open and shut case for the Dems: Broadcast McGahn's deposition live on TV...

They have been doing that this whole time. I was talking about it yesterday they scream for transparency, then they whine whenever anything "leaks". Well if you want the people to know everything the "leaks" (most of which arent leaks anyways) are needed.

ya know like how a bunch of them stormed a "secret" hearing that everyone knew about even though other Republicans were in said hearing and even some of the people who stormed it WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE! None of this makes sense...even for them.

Yep. And they scream that this is a trial, and they deserve to see the evidence.

In my simple eyes, all these hearings are, are simply a traffic stop by cops. The committee is deciding if they need to write a ticket, or let it go.

And so far, with how the GOP are acting, they're giving the cops a reason to search the vehicle stopped for more evidence against them.
