Elmira men and women to NEHC and William Smith women joining Hobart men in same conference.

Huge get for the NEHC to help strengthen the overall conference.

Are the non-MAC UCHC teams trying to get ahead of the MAC schools splintering off when they get enough teams?

Big winners aside from the conference are Nazareth and Utica.

Both these schools have strong programs. This is going to force schools like Castleton, Plymouth an UMass Boston to look in the mirror and figure out what they want to be when they grow up.
Strong programs that can legitimately challenge Elmira and Norwich or will they just be happy to play amongst themselves for 3rd or 4th place every year.
