It was a fun series to watch. Give the Huskies all the credit in the world. Always a tough series in the concrete center. Despite only getting 1 of 6 points the Sioux still have a 6 point lead over UMD with 4 games to go. Also remained number 1 in the pairwise

Fun to watch?! I'd rather watch North Dakota's women's teams of yesteryear. They were better with their fists.

As far as this squad's FIGHTING HAWKS moniker, wouldn't SQUABBLING SQUAWS be more descriptive?

            Minnesota
Boston College = Been there, done them.

The Golden Chokers can't fill half their seats at home. Half the seats that are filled, are occupied by children eating the CUB Foods $1 hot dogs(a promo they stole from Ralph Engelstad who used it so successfully in his Imperial Palace Casino). I'd consider adding the Badgers to your list. They hate us. We don't get to butt heads with them any more. By the 22/23 season they will have a competitive team again. Madison's more affluent, younger population, plus direct flights would have a better chance of filling T-Mobile Arena's seats on the loser's side of the rink.

It's difficult for me to admit it but I almost cried when the Gophers lost to the Pedos last night. I can hardly wait to get to Nashville so I can toss my bar of soap onto the ice during Penn State's warmup lap.

Until Michigan is willing to find a pair of balls and schedule UND in a home and away series during the regular season, I say no to scheduling them for a neutral site game.

I agree. I have no interest whatsoever to play Michigan

They are physical & aggressive. They get penalties and need to improve in that area. However, if you want to watch tennis, go for it.

My vote for #1 would be the Ralph, but maybe after The Old Barn, but that's nostalgia for me ......... I'm amazed that ASU even got on the list being the arena is only a figment of imagination at this point. Anyway, a good controversial subject being its not based on any standards or metrics, just opinion.....

Big win for the Sioux and a big win for Scheel. Made some outstanding saves tonight. Still a 6 point lead over UMD with 3 games to go

That was a good win. Didn't play their best game but found a way to win. Good stuff

Agreed. Solid performance, got the W, and now the Seniors can clinch at least a share of the Penrose on Senior Night. I'm assuming the Cup will be in the building.

The win, coupled with the other results, also further cemented UND as #1 overall in the Pairwise. They are 0.0243 ahead of Mankato in the RPI, which is a pretty significant lead.

This team has a realistic shot to win 30 games this year, something the program has only accomplished three times (2003-04, 2010-11, 2015-16) since North Dakota piled up 4 consecutive 30-win seasons from 1996-97 to 1999-2000. If they win out, they would put up 35...which would tie the second most in program history (with the 1981-82 squad).

Much more fun to be a fan this season than the last two. Hopefully, we get rewarded for that terrible, terrible drought with #9.

If they want a shot at #9 they better give Pinto an attitude adjustment.

Well...that was certainly a dramatic way to capture the Penrose Cup. Senior Night. Overtime. After a controversially disallowed goal. Pinto delivers!

Congratulations boys!! Congratulations Seniors. Pretty special way to cap the regular season home campaign.

Way to bring back some hardware to Grand Forks. Now on to clinching the top seed and the #1 overall spot in the Pairwise, en route to the program's first NCHC Tournament title, and then hoisting #9!
