I did my usual routine of brunch then local watering hole. After a beer at the latter, I simply said, "Yup, body is done. Hello ice pack and heating pad. No more." It was couch time.

I haven't seen any ads so I'm hoping they've fixed that issue. Or are in the process of doing so. Maybe that's why you had that happen?

Anyway...just had a bit of a meltdown, well, I wouldn't call it a meltdown. It just hit me that it was a year ago today my dad had his first heart attack. I was just remembering everything that happened that Sunday and, well, I'm starting to tear up again as I type about it. I cannot believe it's been a year since all that happened. Where does the time go??? I miss him.
