Understood...but there is little difference between U16 and U19 in most programs. In fact, in many programs, the U16 team is better. The only measurable difference is probably conditioning.

Interesting that you think that...can you name any? Might be a few , but I can't think of any

Nazareth beats Morrisville 6-1 in exhibition play.

Edit: Gusties up 1-0 midway through the 3rd.

Was there a change of opponent with Nazareth. I thought they were supposed to be playing Morrisville? Either way good to see Naz continuing on from last years performance

So that's my bad. I kept seeing Nichols on Naz's IG stories and re-reading it now I see that the Nichols they're referring to is a player....they were in fact playing Morrisville.

My only excuse it's been a very long week and my brain is fried.

                Exhibition scores:

Plattsburgh 8-1 over the Ottawa Lady 67's.
                St. Mary's 5-0 over Northland
Oswego wins 4-1 over William Smith
UW-Eau Claire ties Bethel at 3-3.

Not seeing scores for Cortland @ Naz. Seeing both St. Benedict @ Augsburg and Augsburg @ St. Olaf on the CHS schedule so I'm not sure what's going on there. SNC posted today about how they and Finlandia held joint practices and what they called "controlled scrimmages" after.

I may have seen Naz over Cortland 2-0 although may have not been a final.

                  Elmira over toronto Aeros 4-2

Potsdam gives up the first goal but comes back to beat Morrisville 2-1. Noting that Potsdam played with less skaters than the Mustangs.

UNE beats USM 3-0 in the other matinee

I think that was probably for the HD version. At least that is how it was last year. Plattsburgh broadcasts are that way.

What's going on with NEC? 5 players were not in the lineup and they only have 17 to begin with. Injuries or a discipline situation?
