If you can accept losing, you’ll never win.
RPI has accepted losing by keeping Vines around for another year.
30 more loses coming in 2020-21.
A retreat only shows Vines lack of commitment and his inabilities as a coach. This team doesn’t need a retreat, it needs a spring and summer camp of fitness and skill development.
Coaching staff should go on retreat and stay there.

Jahnke's Elite Prospect page https://www.eliteprospects.com/playe...75/mika-jahnke. It looks like she is a dual US-Japan citizen.
Edit: originally a Yale recruit https://www.dsehc.com/news_article/show/895926Last edited by Ralph Baer; 03-09-2020, 02:05 PM.

Neutral Zone rates both recruits as 3.75. I won't post their info on the recruit thread until next week as there is missing info which I may find. To date:

A highlight video of Riena Jahnke. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oi2EBFAR6io. I found it hard to follow.

An article about the Jahnkes https://www.dallasnews.com/high-scho...ccess-to-come/.
A YouTube interview with Mika Jahnke. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmGvbTyIEag She mentions Yale near the end.
A game she played in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bw_VEwtEV84.
Edit: Actually both were originally Yale recruits and are still listed as such at the moment https://collegecommitments.com/Depth...cq9=1258929358. I wonder why they switched. They definitely did since there are likes by our coaches on both of the tweets which I posted.
Edit2: They are now listed for RPI https://collegecommitments.com/Depth...cq9=1258931204Last edited by Ralph Baer; 03-09-2020, 09:04 PM.

Re: RPI 2019-2020: Life after Lovisa
She was NAHA White's #1 goalie by playing time and GAA, but not by record. https://www.winter-hawks.org/stats/t...s&tool=3810891
That is saying something.
She got a 3.75 rating from Neutral Zone.
