                I didn't know that was actual law. I thought it was urban legend/guidelines/rule of thumb enough to make it true. That's what I've always followed, anyways.
                Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

                              Sounds like the Republican legislature tied their hands. It was either give it away for preservation or lose a lot of state funding.

                              Dems won the NC governor's race last year. Time to cleanse the state leg of neo-Confederate snowflakes after redistricting.
