Obstruction of justice, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and violation of the emoluments clause (but that last one probably won't be filed).

Treason is most likely a stretch. He'd basically have to be caught red-handed giving TS-SCI information to a foreign agent.

I like bacon more than I like Trump, even though I'm sure he is involved in a lot of pork.

There's also the outside chance that he's on the Nixon side of things - not guilty of doing the deeds, only guilty of covering up the acts after learning of them. That's a very outside chance.

Obvious should be obvious but for many they excuse it away.

No mult choice, but choose the first 3 options. As for option #1, that doesn't apply to all past presidents.

Edit: btw, nice troll thread on D1.

Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

                        Re: Trump's level of Guilt

Treason needs to be re-defined (or defined at all, as far a presidents are concerned) because in the strictest sense of where the laws and statutes are now, he probably isn't technically guilty of treason. By the dictionary definition he (and much of congress) is clearly guilty of treasonous behavior. He clearly is committing 2, 3 and 4 of the poll.
