Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

I have the iHeart app but don't listen to it too often. The first 5 that you post about, is that some sort of selection the app does for you based upon your interests?
That community is already in the process of dissolution where each man begins to eye his neighbor as a possible enemy, where non-conformity with the accepted creed, political as well as religious, is a mark of disaffection; where denunciation, without specification or backing, takes the place of evidence; where orthodoxy chokes freedom of dissent; where faith in the eventual supremacy of reason has become so timid that we dare not enter our convictions in the open lists, to win or lose.

Yes. You can favorite artists and songs and then play, "your favorites" and it will play randomly for you. It's not perfect as there are limitations to how many artists you can favorite. To minimize repetition then I tried to be as diverse as possible and favorite across several genres and eras that I enjoy.

Playing "Bleed Like Me" by Garbage at pretty high volume today.

Thanks for recommending this to me.

It's awesome. It was released not too long after Shirley got divorced and you can hear the angst, but also you hear her coming of age by the end of the record.

Told her that I came from Detroit city,
and I played guitar in a long haired rock and roll band
She asked me why the singer's name was Alice,
I said listen baby you really wouldn't understand

This is one of the great album sides in all of rock and roll. Side 2 of Van Morrison's Into the Music.

Don't think about it. Don't analyze it or critique it. Just feel it. Just let it flow.
