The Orange finished the year 13-21-2 overall.

    Flanagan's record is 151-162-37 after 8 seasons?

Do you think the administration expected better results by now?

    No League titles?
Do you think the administration cares...?

I do not. Just look at the facilities. Not a Div I facility at all and nothing that I have heard of to have a new rink built.

You might be surprised to know that Syracuse's budget for ice hockey is 3rd in the Country at $2.3 million a year. Only 1 school reported spending substantially more than Syracuse and that was Wisconsin which has the highest budget at $3.3 million a year.

After 8 years the results should be much better, you can see the impact a coaching change has made in places like Colgate and other schools. The team has more talent than the results? The team continues to struggle against non-conference opponents after 8 years and this year the team struggled against league opponents as well?

How much longer will Syracuse be patient with this staff?

As told to me "And to think in 2008 the Desrosier's were on an interview in Syracuse for the assistant coaching positions of the Orange when Rick Seeley decided to take the Quinnipiac job. A quick phone call asking them to come back to Potsdam was initiated and the rest is history." PHEW.
