Whitehead said Armstrong-Kingkade's fitness level is off the charts. During preseason training, Armstrong-Kingkade squatted 405 pounds three times before Whitehead stopped him.
That is insane weight at his age and frame. Looks like Norm is plugging the hole of weakness this team showed this year, durability, endurance, strength, and athleticism. I believe he tried out for a USHL team last year I wanna say Dubuque I wonder if he gets invited back to a camp this year.Tully Rink Rat

Two seasons ago, having 4 goaltenders made some sense because neither Cleary or Hernberg seemed ready to be starters as Boyle nearly played every game his Senior year and Garrett Metcalf had a disappointing season in the USHL before coming in. It felt like putting Wall on the roster was an insurance move that ended up working out big time.
This time around it seems like there is more stability in net for next season. I was thinking maybe Cleary might graduate early?
Edit: I just saw that Green signed an NLI, if that means he's getting a full scholarship then maybe Wall or Hernberg is leaving.
