The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Do they dress Davey and Traeger on Senior night and if so, who is left off. Easy choice if there is an injury or illness or dressing an extra forward instead of 7 dmen is another option.
How was the winner of the Stonehill vs. Alaska semifinal determined. I can only see that it was an official tie. Stonehill had the lead, but Alaska tied it with one second left.
2 1/2 hours before game time has about 250 tickets left. One pair lower level for $125 each, 1 triple in lower level for $100 each and the rest in the student upper level at $50 each. Go to bceagles.com under tickets. Students are on spring break now.
Conmy has been set up several times lately and has misfired all his one timers. If he could be more accurate he would have a half dozen more goals by now. That is where Hagens excels on the PP; he is accurate on his one timers quite often. Resendes has been getting chance because of his speed...
For all the complaints from Canadian fans, the only real complaint should be that Hellebuyck deserved the MVP of the tournament, with an over 95% save percentage 1.18 GAA (6 total goals in 5 games). Giving the MVP to a McDavid with 2G,11A is not as impressive. The wrong Connor got it. Canada may...
I think Jellvik would move onto the line in place of Michael Hagens and move Hagens back to D where he belongs. That would allow Greg Brown to discipline one Defenseman each game that may get them more in line. Of course, if someone is out that negates it.
Lots to be proud of for UMass-Lowell fans with Connor Hellebuyck's Olympic performance. 3 games with 1 goal in each and greater than 95% save percentage.
Another line shift with Moore and Resendes out tonight. Conmy and Stiga move to play with Letourneau. Sondreal and Vote are with Michael Hagens instead.
Just when you thought they were about to embark on a run and move up into a NCAA 2 seed, they drop this dud and it makes you wonder if they will even qualify for it now.
Stiga in the line-up tonight. Davey is participating in the warmups. I assume that is in case one of the forwards scheduled to play is a last minute scratch.
Let's give him the benefit of the doubt, yet I recall one time a couple of BC players ran into trouble involved in partying and never played another game at BC.
The NCAA made the change several years ago to only allow full sudden death overtimes in the post season. All regular season games must use the 3 on 3 5-minute OT and a shootout would be used to determine an in season tournament placement but the game remains a tie. I remember when this was...
I think Maine can beat PC as long as they don't give away easy goals like BC did to PC a couple of weeks back. BC terribly gave away 3 goals to players in front of the net losing 4-3 in OT. I am not thinking PC is the best in the league even though they currently are highest ranked.
BU has given up more goals than anyone else in Hockey East both within the league and overall. Offensively they appear to be above average. The key to this game may be if BC coughs up easy goals as they have done in many of their losses this season. If they don't then BC will be hard to beat.
Question for UNH fans. BC football has picked up a transfer from Eastern Michigan, an offensive lineman that went to the Tilton School, His last name is Snively. Is he any relation to the namesake of Snively Arena as he is coming from NH? Edit: He is related but not sure how as his name Owen is...
