The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
only saw the third, reviewed the second. A few small errors nearly cost us. I haven't seen the other games to say we're obviously bad per se. I think we're slightly slower than UConn, slightly more mistakes than UConn, and slightly weaker puck handling than UConn... but I don't care, a win is...
AFAIK, Lowell has been in compliance because of the enrollment disparity so there still isn't a Title IX need. Title IX has been construed many different ways over the years ranging from number of players, to number of scholarships, and at one point Title IX was tried to enforce an expendature...
I mean youre going to be stagnant if youre lowell and you get off years. The types of players that Blaise and norm targeted are now most of hockey culture these days. Things changed. I still say the problem was not trying to go after better players when we started to do better. You may not...
I didn't get to see the unh result but so far I like what I see more out of this year's team than last. 500 play sucks but all things considered i like what we got
Holmstrom. Im sure youre a great guy. Your parents are good people (other than a detour through manitou springs). The "uhs" that can be worked through. Take a pause. Think. Say what you want.
I cant quite compare head on with last years team but if tonight is an indication its a good one. Do I think they'll be top flight? No. Should they contend for an ncaa bid, I think so.

Also, first place :p
I know Lowell will always have the disadvantage of not being in a great location and not having money to throw around but my core disappointment with. Norm Bazin has been his inability to maintain or improve on the talent on his rosters. Especially as many other programs were going through...
That's a lot of them on campus in August. I know a lot take summer classes and only carry 12 credits during the athletic seasons but still, I count 23 so thats 22 current players presumably.
I have to imagine Elliot is looking for the best development avenue possible. If we are up to it, he will end up here. If he thinks the nhl guys give him the better option he will go that way
I was going to say its a pairwise killer if they lose.... but thats not how it works, its an rpi killer regardless.
I'm more worried about the headspace than enables us to lose those games than playing the games themselves
4.25 and the nhl drafting team isnt putting them into their system? Interesting
Really starting to think the pros trust norm with some of these recruits
