Mitton was a big, high energy guy, but I struggled at times to really figure out what it was he was bringing to the table. He went from a 25-30 point guy to 11.
I think a major key to success moving forward is maintaining a good balance of limiting 1 and done's, higher end prospects that will stay 2-3 years, and developing 4 year contributors. Having a B. Nadeau on this year's team would have paid dividends in the long run I think.
