The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Abysmal pretty much sums up tonight. Controlled the entire 1st with puck possession and give up the goal on the first shot. Life after the shorty and then Chauvette plays his worst game of the year. There is some talent when they play puck possession but that is not what is taught, which goes...
If I had to guess attendance will be light. We went the NU - UNH game at Walter Brown and total attendance might have been 600 if that, with 100 being students.
I would say maybe 100 UNH fans, mostly who will be friends and family members of the players.
I doubt Philbrick leaves. Hometown kid who will grow into a solid college D men with experience. Plus the location allows his family to attend all his games with a large contingency.
there was one senior on the concourse who ended up signing a bunch of stuff while talking to his family. There was one senior MIA from everything who might have a "C" on his jersey
Does senior night bring some energy and a win at home? Still a lot to be decided with the HE games tonight.
Other than 1st and last nothing is solidified. We will avoid a trip to Orono no matter what as Maine can only drop to 6th. It will be either Agannis, Walter Brown, and Lawler on...
UNH will be a skeleton of itself soon. There is one easy solution to raise additional revenue for the state but our sleeping governor won't consider any tax increases. Returning the rooms and meals tax to 9% from 8.5% the last I looked equated to roughly $30M a year.
I was told by the PM for the project that it would be starting next week. Probably won't see much real work for several weeks as Gilbane will need to mobilize, set up construction trailers, fencing ect.
You kind of beat me too it. Now that I think of it, why are there no pictures or renderings throughout the Whit showing what is coming.
I hated my market class at the U but as a STH here are some easy maybe we can buy some good will....
1. Senior night pregame reception upstairs. Get it is...
They have zero puck possession or any plan to exit the d zone. The defense flips it off the glass hoping it lands on a stick to be dumped in and not chased.
