The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Joseph Covelluzzi has been playing with the USNTDP. I'm pretty sure this is the first player since JD Greenway to get games with the USNTDP, I don't remember who the last player before Greenway was.
On a podcast over the summer Barr said that it's coming, but it requires additional staff in the athletic department. Orono isn't the easiest place to attract qualified candidates so it's a slow process, but it's coming.
Such a lame, casual argument. WMU had $0 in rev share/NIL last year and won a natty. Quit making excuses for the players/coaching staff. This team is good enough to compete for championships, they just don't have a single leader. A group of talented individuals, not a talented team.
Yeah Miami football famously has never paid their players before NIL. I personally am disgusted and outraged by this. How dare they get a piece of the tens of millions of dollars they generate.
I saw someone on Twitter say he got cut from his Q team because he was really soft on the puck, and at 5'9 148 that's pretty believable. He's still rated 4 stars so there must be some talent there though.
Poirier is an elite college hockey player. Holt is an elite college hockey player. Coming into this year Boija was an elite college hockey player. Peterson looks like he could develop into an elite hockey player. Crying about NIL is such a lazy and uninformed take. Western Michigan won a...
Two new recruits, Ludvig Lafton a 6'2 defenseman from Norway drafted in the 6th round by Utah. He's a PPG player in the USHL this year. Reese Tracy is the other, I don't know as much about him.

The new central scouting rankings came out. Dylan Dean got a third round grade and Maxim Sokolovsky got a 5th round grade. The rest of the Maine recruits fell off the rankings.

Boija and Djurasevic both looked good in the first.
This is what has stood out to me the most tonight. Boija has been great but they're blocking so many shots tonight. Djurasevic and Usereau have both looked pretty good tonight.
It’s free, but technically illegal. Like Jacob said, it’s important not to click on any popups or messages saying your computer is infected with a virus. It’s especially important to make sure nothing gets downloaded in the background. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone over the age of 40 unless...
Do people really think things like improved strength/conditioning, recovery and treatment facilities are baubles? Maine is never going to sign guys like Mckenna, if that’s what you’re holding out for you’re never going to be happy. Players more than ever care about off ice training and recovery...
At what point does Lipinski watch a game from the stands? He and Scott are the only two I'm comfortable with taking faceoffs, but other than that the only other time I notice him is taking penalties. I think only 2 assists since Colgate?
This was a game that Harrison Scott, David Breazeale or Taylor Makar find a way to will their way to a victory. This team has so much more talent than last year, but the lack of leadership this year is glaring.
