    I used to enjoy the atmosphere at Romney coming up as a visitor from Elmira. My first road game I ever did was there in 1980. It used to get pretty raucous in there. The new arena is really nice, but it doesn’t have the personality that Romney and some of those older barns have. Miss those days.

    Big news from the NCAA Convention today as Prposals 5 and 6 are adopted, dropping the number of teams required for an autobid from 7 to 6, and, I believe, changing the access ratio of NCAA Tournament bids from 6.5-1 to 6-1.

    I saw an article that Wilkes University is adding men's and women's hockey in 2017-18. Makes me wonder if the MAC is going to try to get the teams to form their own conference and leave the ECAC-West in the cold again. Sorry I'm having trouble posting a link.

    Lewiston...your experiences, thoughts, etc.

    Just wondering of those who went to Lewiston as I did, how did you find the experience? How would you compare it to Lake Placid? I enjoyed the enthusiasm the locals had in hosting the tournament. The arena I thought was nice. I thought the town was a little boring. Not much to do in Lewiston...
