The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
That might be different. Like the early 1970s when Harry Sinden didn't have a C. He didn't want anyone (Phil) pissed off that they didn't get the C. Bruins have a good leadership group this year. That works at some levels but maybe not on a young NCAA D1 team.
I'm not sure how big of a factor it is in all of this but there's no way a kid from Montana cares as much about Alabama Football as a kid from Tuscaloosa. There's no way a kid from Arizona cares as much about Indiana basketball as a kid from Indiana and there's no way a kid from another country...

BU far more talented than UVM but smaller, younger, less experienced. I’m nervous that the whole NIL/transfer portal environment plus philosophy of promising to get kids to the NHL will mean young teams permanently.
I left my office in Quincy at 5 and was parked on Buick St. at 540. No big...
That's probably fair but many people will be late regardless of the start time. I was a season ticket holder for a long time at both venues, and some people just always underestimate the time it takes to get from your house to your seat. Some are in my family. :)
Why does it lower ticket sales? I was going regardless of start time but I like the earlier start on a weekday. Same with Red Sox early starts in April.
