Just "move" to that gross state to the West and play regular high school hockey. If you live in WI and have aspirations to play women's college hockey, you pretty much have to leave the state to have any chance. How many hockey centric boarding schools are there? SSM, Bishop's Kearney...

Spend $200,000 to get your kid into St. Lawrence or UMD? 🤔🤣

Minnesota Women's Hockey 2026-27: Here Comes The Boom

I think Washington was a tough act to follow. Jefferson did do well though.

James Madison is a very under-rated Founding Father. I feel like he should get more credit than he does.

I'm going down a rabbit hole on Lovell Academy since I realized Annabelle shares that name with the organization. Turns out her parents started Lovell Academy in 2022. I get the impression they have been big wigs in the hockey camp world since like 1998. They have 132 students and a 7:1...

I truly shudder to think how bad it would have been for the rest of the ncaa to have her and Mossey on the same team.

Hard to evaluate F and D under game conditions if they don't play in a game. If it was an evaluation situation, I'd be putting my 3rd line against the opponent's 1 and 4th line against the 2 to get a read on how they can handle the heat and see if any of those players can match the level of...

I would presume it simply for depth at no cost to the program's pool of funds. I don't believe she'll beat out any of the other f's for a top 12 spot. She can also play d, maybe Beaudette insurance, based on an unsubstantiated rumor of course. I'm just glad Muzzy let her come here.

Yeah, which makes her a terrible coach in a developmental situation.

Ohio State 2026-27 The Natty WILL be ours!

Seems rather short-sighted to me in a developmental situation. It's not win or die at this point.

I did check Superior. I'd rather spend my money in Wisconsin. I think staying at the hotel adjacent to the rink might be the way to go in Mankato unless it's like super pricey.

I figured there's probably going to be a men's game at 8:00 that same day. I understand they're pigeon holed with the schedule, but I mean, some people got to work you know. I may have to consider doing the double that day.
